Clermont-Ferrand - Annotations ilots urbains actuels - pour création 1897

Couche délimitant les ilots urbains de 1897 saisis selon une méthode régressive à partir :

- d'une part de la BDParcelleraire de l'IGN (https://geoservices.ign.fr/bdparcellaire, version 2021) sur l'emprise contemporaine de la ville de Clermont-Ferrand,

- d'autre part, du plan de Clermont-Ferrand et de Royat, imp. de Erhard frères (Paris), au 1/5000e (https://gallica.bnf.fr/ark:/12148/btv1b53029450h/)

Cette couche constitue la première étape vers la constitution d'un référentiel d'îlots. Il s'agir d'annoter les îlots avec 4 cas : pas de changement entre un îlot actuel et un îlot ancien, changement mineur (alignement, création ou suppression d'une impasse, changement majeur (l'îlot a été fractionné ou deux îlots ont été réunis pour former l'îlot actuel), à supprimer si l'ilot est présent aujourd'hui mais ne l'était pas par le passé.
